Shabby chic or reclaimed chic? Well, at our boutique, we do reclaimed chic. Trash to treasure…flea market finds and more. Have included photos of some of the items we have redone. Sorry don’t have any before photos. Keep on forgetting to take the before shot. But trust me, the items were in bad shape when we found them. Have fun!

Trash to treasure! We love it…do you? December 16, 2007
Hi all,
Well, this is my first time writing a blog. I hope to make it fun and more interesting as time goes on.
I opened the boutique in October of 2006, and it’s getting better as time goes on. You see, I love to turn trash to treasure, redesign, restyle, decorate, antiquing, and hunting flea markets then take it home and make it new again.
So, hence, the boutique.
I hope you all visit often. Pictures will be posted as a new treasure has been found and redone.
We are located in Montreal QC. Sometimes the pickings are great, sometimes not. But that’s ok.
The most best thing for me is finding something that has been discarded on the roadside, a chair, desk, old window, dresser, or whatever…taking it to my workshop, and brain storming with Lindsay. Lindsay is the interior designer in our boutique. We have lots of fun and giggles. But also work hard and are very proud of our final accomplishments.
Sometimes, the whole item just gets redone. But that’s ok too.
So friends, lets start talking about dumpster diving and trash to treasure.
